How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-4 business days after placing the order.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping time is set by our delivery partners, according to the delivery method chosen by you. Additional details can be found in the order confirmation email you’ve received.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

What shipping options do you have?

At the moment, for USA domestic orders, we offer USPS shipping with 6.99 for standard shipping and free shipping for all orders over $75.00.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the nature of our business, we do offer international shipping through a third-party service. To make it easier for our customers, we currently charge a flat rate of $26.99 for all orders. ReddWalker Media LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Free shipping over $50.00 is not currently offered for international orders.

Do you sell gift cards?

No, at the moment, we do not offer gift cards in our store.

Can I receive a refund?

If you are unhappy with the product you’ve received, we offer store credit or an exchange of the product. Services are non-refundable.
